# How to Make It:
01 - In a medium bowl or jar, mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and salt until thoroughly combined.
02 - Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia seeds to absorb liquids and thicken.
03 - Stir the mixture well in the morning; if too thick, add a splash of milk to reach desired consistency.
04 - Divide the prepared oats evenly between two bowls or jars.
05 - Top each serving with mixed fresh berries and, if desired, chopped nuts and shredded coconut.
