# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes until mixture becomes foamy.
02 - Incorporate melted butter, egg, and salt into the yeast mixture and stir to combine evenly.
03 - Gradually add all-purpose flour to the wet ingredients, stirring continuously until a soft dough forms.
04 - Knead the dough on a floured surface or with a stand mixer dough hook for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
05 - Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
06 - Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal portions. Shape each into a smooth ball.
07 - Arrange the dough balls in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, cover, and let rise for 30 to 40 minutes until puffy.
