01 - 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

04 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
06 - Seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean, optional

07 - 1.5 cups ice cubes
08 - Whipped cream for topping, optional
# How to Make It:
01 - Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds to blender.
02 - Add ice cubes to blender.
03 - Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 30 to 45 seconds.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
05 - Pour into two tall glasses, top with whipped cream if desired, and serve immediately.
