# How to Make It:
01 - Combine pineapple chunks, lime juice, grated ginger, and honey in a blender. Process until completely smooth.
02 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large jug. Press solids to extract maximum liquid and remove pulp.
03 - Pour sparkling water into the jug and stir gently until combined.
04 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour pineapple-ginger mixture over ice.
05 - Top each glass with pineapple wedges, lime slices, and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
