02 - 1 small ripe banana

03 - 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (or almond milk for creamier texture)

# How to Make It:
01 - Place mango, banana, coconut water or almond milk, turmeric, ginger, lime juice, and chia seeds into a high-speed blender.
02 - Blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional coconut water if consistency is too thick.
03 - Taste and add maple syrup or honey if sweeter flavor is desired.
04 - Divide smoothie into two glasses and garnish with sliced mango, coconut flakes, or a light sprinkle of turmeric. Serve immediately.
