01 - 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
→ Sauce & Seasonings
02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 2 tbsp honey
04 - 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
05 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
06 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
07 - 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add carrot slices and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until just tender but firm. Drain thoroughly.
02 - Melt unsalted butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Stir in honey, sea salt, and ground black pepper until combined.
03 - Add the drained carrots to the skillet and toss well to coat evenly in the honey-butter mixture. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until glossy and heated through.
04 - Remove from heat. If desired, stir in lemon juice and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top. Serve warm.
