02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

03 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries, chopped if large
# How to Make It:
01 - Line a 9x13 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and honey until fully incorporated.
03 - Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of approximately 1/4 inch.
04 - Distribute berries evenly over the yogurt surface, gently pressing them into the mixture.
05 - Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours until completely firm.
06 - Remove from freezer and break or cut into desired serving portions.
07 - Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
