15 - 1 teaspoon sugar

# How to Make It:
01 - Combine ground chicken, grated carrot, sliced green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until fully integrated.
02 - Cut each lumpia wrapper in half to create rectangular halves.
03 - Place 1 tablespoon of filling near one short edge of a wrapper half, shape into a small log. Fold sides over and roll tightly, sealing the edge with beaten egg using a small brush.
04 - Continue filling and rolling until all mixture and wrappers are used.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
06 - Place lumpia bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil.
07 - Air fry for 8 minutes.
08 - Flip the lumpia bites, spray lightly again with oil, and air fry for an additional 7 minutes until golden and crisp.
09 - In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chili sauce if using. Stir well.
10 - Serve lumpia bites hot alongside the dipping sauce.
